	Raquel Blount, Secretary/Treasurer Vice President of Commercial Sales & Leasing Lloyd Companies Sioux Falls, SD

Raquel Blount has been a licensed real estate broker since 2000 and is currently Vice President of Commercial Sales & Leasing at Lloyd Companies in Sioux Falls. She provides a broad base of experience in commercial real estate sales and leasing, retail management and marketing, construction and development, and specializes in leasing build-to-suit office space. 

Prior to joining Lloyd Companies, she spent five years working for General Growth Properties (GGP) in Chicago, IL.  During her five-year tenure with GGP, she served as the company's Marketing Director and as a Regional Vice President for Business Development.

Raquel is a member of the Sioux Falls Board of Realtors, South Dakota Association of Realtors, and National Association of Realtors Board.  She is also actively involved in the community as a Member of the Business Journal Advisory Board and YMCA Charity Golf Committee.  She also received the honor of being chosen as the winner of the Realtor Choice Award for 2010 and was recently named the 2011 "Friend of Dakota BUSINESS Finance" for her many contributions to that organization.
