The South Eastern Development Foundation (SEDF), a non profit organization, was created to stimulate economic development through the creation of a regional Revolving Loan Fund (RLF) for residents and businesses in Clay, Lincoln, McCook, Minnehaha, Turner, and Union counties in southeastern South Dakota.

The fundamental goal of the regional Revolving Loan Fund program is to improve the overall economic condition of the Foundation’s region.  The SEDF Revolving Loan Fund has two components:  the Business Revolving Loan Fund and the Housing Revolving Loan Fund.
