Sioux Falls MPO Multi-Use Trail Corridor Study

The Sioux Falls Metropolitan Organization (MPO) in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, is accepting proposals from qualified firms for professional services for the project of Sioux Falls MPO Multi-Use Trail Corridor Study. The purpose of this project is to prepare a Corridor Study of multi-use trail alignments for connections to the Sioux Falls Bicycle Trail System from the communities of Tea, Harrisburg and Brandon. SECOG Overview

The South Eastern Council of Governments (SECOG) is the designated Planning and Development District serving southeastern South Dakota.  SECOG provides a variety of services to municipal and county governments including land use planning, community project financing, and other related technical assistance services.  SECOG’s membership includes Clay, Lincoln, McCook, Minnehaha, Turner, and Union Counties as well as the 40 municipalities located within these counties.

Through SECOG’s association with Dakota BUSINESS Finance  and the South Eastern Development Foundation, SECOG also helps promote economic development in the region by providing financing for new and expanding businesses.
