Working with a revenue base that is acceptable to its membership, the South Eastern Council of Governments is dedicated to providing a service structure that promotes the health, safety, and well-being to the six-county region of southeastern South Dakota. Entrusted with the responsible management and delivery of technical assistance, SECOG officials and employees shall strive to improve service, reliability, responsiveness, accountability, efficiency, impartiality, and the quality of communication between themselves and the SECOG membership.
